This role is crucial for supporting our existing sales functions across multiple tenures and sites, contributing significantly to the group's overall sales targets. Day-to-day of the role: Responsible for frontline sales performance across Shared Ownership, Private Sales, and other related products. Deliver sales performance to meet individual targets, ensuring reservations are achieved from plan and stock. Maintain close liaison with various teams including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Progression, After Sales, and external partners like mortgage advisors and solicitors. Manage sales leads efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and excellent conversion rates from sales leads to reservations. Expertly promote our developments, understanding and conveying information about sites, locations, and community benefits. Provide detailed information on specifications and products to customers, understanding and selling from plans and technical property information. Assess customer eligibility and affordability in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring all compliance aspects are met to audit standards.
