We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our New Home Sales team. Based in our lovely offices, this role offers an immediate start with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the New Home Sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Manage and update sales documentation and customer records.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, within a sales environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
