Project Coordinator- 12 Months- Cambridge/Hybrid- £25-£30 ph PAYE A global technology company are looking for an experience Project Coordinator to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. Responsibilities: General project coordination and administrative duties: Supporting project management efforts in the Data team, tracking project progress and managing timelines, coordinating internal communications etc. In addition, miscellaneous administrative tasks such as managing resources, administering internal processes, etc. Annotation coordination: You will liaise with our annotations team and researchers to facilitate the annotation of their data. This will involve: Translating research scientists' data annotation requirements into requirements for annotators and data engineers. Working with multimedia data and managing annotation resources. Tracking and communicating progress, and facilitating resolutions to issues. Implementing metrics and generating reports on annotation efficiency and accuracy. Create training material for annotators. Data management: Management and documentation of our multimedia datasets, including details on how to access the data, any limitations on its use, and other relevant information. This will involve working with multiple internal teams, and working with spreadsheets, documents, internal wikis, etc. Skills/ Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. Able to produce clear and concise documentation for effective communication with stakeholders. Experience working with large spreadsheets or databases. For example, working with data in Microsoft Excel or in a database such as MySQL or Microsoft Access. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and time management.
