In the role of an Inquiry Support contractor in Research Engagement Services you will be aligned to a particular content team to support the processing and scheduling of inquiry requests.
You will connect with internal stakeholders as well as external clients to ensure their inquiries are scheduled with the best suited Expert to provide the insight they need from Client.
