Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred, but not required. We value passion and the willingness to learn! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build relationships. Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
