Role Overview: As a Transitions Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing young people for their next steps in life, ensuring they do not become NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
Their goal is to equip our students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive in their future endeavours.
Our school caters for children and young adults from 5-18 years old with varied SEND needs, such as Autism, SEMH, Severe learning difficulties and Speech and language communication difficulties.
We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants who are dedicated and passionate about supporting children in a school-based environment.
Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will be to support pupils on a 1:1 or group basis with their learning development and care needs while at school.
