As a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have equal access to education and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
The learners attending the school have a variety of different needs, including Autism, SEN, Communication Needs, PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and medical/mobility needs too.
Day Rate: £85-£95 a day
