You will act as a versatile Talent Acquisition Sourcer and help identify, attract, and bring in top-tier talent for non-tech roles within our Content, Creative, Corporate, and Commercial teams in EMEA. This role requires a candidate who is not only adept at sourcing strategies but also excels in collaborating with recruiters, partnering with hiring managers, and working closely with HR to drive successful talent acquisition initiatives. Key Accountabilities Your Role Accountabilities - Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and P&C Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives. Utilise a consultative approach to guide and educate hiring managers on effective sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate trends. Conduct comprehensive research and employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive and active candidates across various skill sets and industries. Build and execute complex Boolean searches to identify potential candidates from various online platforms and databases. Leverage a wide range of tools and resources to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, industry-specific websites, and more. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for various roles to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates. Participate in and help drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce. Engage with potential candidates and foster relationships to create a positive candidate experience, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously enhance the sourcing process. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics, pipeline status, and candidate engagement to recruiters and hiring managers. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience working in talent acquisition sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced and creative industry. English: advanced level (mandatory) Proven experience utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent. Strong experience in candidate relationship management tools and applicant tracking systems is a must. (Here at WBD, we use Phenom for our CRM and Workday for our ATS) Extensive knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry-specific resources. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex sourcing strategies to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They are the operator and 75% owner of both the Kagem emerald mine in Zambia (believed to be the world's single largest producing emerald mine) and the Montepuez ruby mine in Mozambique (one of the most significant recently discovered ruby deposits in the world). In addition, they also hold controlling interests in various other gemstone mining and prospecting licenses in Zambia, Mozambique, Ethiopia and Madagascar. Responsibilities Capturing, updating, uploading, and managing data in the G-Trac knowledgebase system, which is now transitioning to a SaaS platform. This involves extensive and routine data entry tasks related to companies and individuals as part of Gemfields' CRM initiatives, which are crucial for internal use and as a service offering to other businesses. Entering data and information from time to time on behalf of other users, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across the SaaS platform.
