The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator, who can easily engage with people at all levels and must be efficient and organised.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:
- Being Proactive and able to use initiative
- Providing support for the Recruitment consultant/consultants
- Being first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office
- Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face Interviews
- Advertising and dealing with advert response
- Matching workers requirements to available positions
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
