We are looking for experienced Social Housing professionals to support our client in their Tenancy Sustainment Team in Liverpool on an ongoing, temporary basis.
You will work with these customers to empower, promote and encourage financial independence, aspirations, health, wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.
This is predominantly an office-based role, with a requirement to visit individuals & families in their own homes who have complex needs, challenging behaviours and have been identified as at risk of failing their tenancy.
To manage the Council's Housing Standards services including Clearance, Home Improvements, Empty Properties, Selective Licensing, HMOs, Enforcement and Healthy Homes services; to ensure that private sector housing programmes are successfully implemented, monitored and delivered on time and within the capital programme budget available and that housing standards across the borough continue to improve.
Monitor and interpret changes in both housing and regeneration policy and legislation to ensure compliance with statutory duties and the application of the most appropriate statutory powers relating to improvements of housing standards and the safeguarding of vulnerable people living in substandard homes.
