This Product Manager role is ideal for forward thinking individual, who has product marketing experience ideally within cookware, SDA or home The role: The successful Product Manager will be responsible for leading the ambitious product growth plans for a leading global brand. Ensuring there is an appropriate mix of NPD, exclusives and novelty products that appeal to the consumer. Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Product Manager will develop strategies that deliver sales, margin and market share across the UK. Manging a high profile licensing arrangement the Product Manager will set recommended retail prices and work with the account management team to develop distribution plans across retail and ecommerce. The Product Manager will own all shopper activation across both above and below the line. In the role the Product Manager will use data and insights to identify opportunities and threats and take the appropriate action Ideal candidate: You will currently be working within as a product marketing manager for a global consumer brand within general merchandise this could be home, lifestyle, toys etc but experience must be gained from the UK retail sector. Licensing experience is an advantage As Product Manager you will have commercial and creative marketing experience and will have set pricing, margin etc You will have fantastic analytical skills and be able to draw conclusions from data and take action. Property Manager Windsor £26-32k basic Monday to Friday 9-6pm Our client is an independent award winning agency seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager. You will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of their allocated properties within the residential lettings portfolio, including a wide range of properties from studio apartments to period family homes. The requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times Due to the fast based nature of this Property Manager role at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.
