You will be responsible for providing technical support, guidance, and discipline for medical device manufacturing, and distribution in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
This role is based in Essex and is a full-time permanent position, however hybrid/remote working is available for up to 2 days per week.

Reporting to the chairperson of the Product Governance committee who has SMCR responsibility for this business area you will develop business relationships with and work alongside Senior Management, as well as other key stakeholders, providing the support necessary to ensure that the respective product lines have appropriate and effective processes mapped to the firm's consumer duty requirements: understanding; interpretation; and application of regulatory expectations across its product governance obligations on the first line basis.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced product governance analyst to join our dynamic and ever-growing business.
The Professional Ethics & Compliance Team support the work of the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), the Compliance Officer for Financial Administration (COFA) and the firm's other SRA Officers in promoting a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
The SRA officers are partners, associates, and senior staff members with specific compliance responsibilities: Complaints Partner, Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Deputy Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Professional Indemnity Insurance Officer, Anti-Bribery Officer, Insurance Distribution Officer and Data Protection Officer.
Role Snapshot: Working on 1st/2nd level reviews of AML transactional/sanction reports, undertaking & progressing KYC referrals, assisting with fraud & money laundering investigations
Requirements: Recent compliance/financial crime/AML experience within Financial Services/Banking
Office/WFH: Office based 1 day per week, the rest is WFH once training completed
