We are seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead our Adjudication and Associates team to ensure our hearings function runs smoothly whilst supporting our strategic vision for regulatory excellence.
Head of Professionals Regulation (Adjudication and Associates)- 15 month Fixed Term Contract
Responsible for the creation, update and maintenance of all technical files in support of obtaining and maintaining Notified Body CE certification, FDA clearance, and UKCA marking.
We are partnered with a growing medical device manufacturer who are requiring a regulatory contractor on a 9 month basis.
This is an urgent position and ideally is looking for the right person to start immediately.
The Policy Specialist is required to support the enhancement of key Group policies, ensuring that policies are clear, principles based and reflect minimum standards that should be applied across the Group.
This role will be required to work with relevant stakeholders in all regions to revise, refine, and/or create the required group policy documentation.
Please note that this is an onsite role and you will be required to be in the London office 5 days per week
This consultancy is looking to strengthen their Regulatory Labelling group by taking on an experienced Regulatory Affairs Labelling professional for a contract job.
Working for our Compliance team means translating our regulation into action and making sure the industry understands and adheres to the legislation set out to protect the public's interest.
The team are responsible for testing licensees against the requirements of holding a GB gambling licence, are involved in raising standards initiatives and work to ensure that consumers are protected from gambling harm.
Our Compliance team currently contains 3 staff members, and this role will be a valuable addition to our growing and changing team.
This role is required to ensure that all statutory compliance obligations and requirements across the Group are met and consistent with up to date legislation, health & safety and best practice in relation to; gas safety and servicing requirements, electrical testing, FRA, Water, Lifts, Asbestos and other related services including solar and renewable energy assets.
The successful candidate will work effectively with key internal colleagues and external partners and stakeholders to ensure they contribute to enabling the Group to fulfil all of its property related compliance, health and safety, and other statutory and regulatory obligations.
