As an Assistant Property Manager you will work alongside an experienced Property Manager, learn from them, take on responsibilities including:-

You will need to have around 1-2 years property management experience as you will be responsible for overseeing reactive maintenance and where necessary, ensuring that job orders are raised appropriately before sending contractors to site, whilst keeping customers informed.
