Reed is searching for an experienced and business orientated Operations Manager, that can lead an exciting and high earning local fashion company in their strategic business objectives. The main purpose of the Operations Manager is to act as the central point in the company, providing visionary leadership and making critical strategic decisions, crafting and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the workforce is fully trained and up to their tasks. Overall, the goal is to ensure the business operates like a well-oiled machine. The main responsibilities are: Support the company in strategic planning and make sure business is adequately resourced.
