Are you an experienced SENIOR LANDSCAPING SALES PROFESSIONAL looking to enhance your career with one of the UK's leading construction manufacturing businesses?

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Client's successful business at an exciting time in the further development of their brand in the UK market, where we are retained on a SOLE AGENCY basis.

The Company

Our Client is the manufacturer of innovative and sustainable access solutions for the Landscape and Infrastructure sectors with market leading products that are regarded as being unrivalled in both aesthetics and performance.

The Role

Reporting to: Sales Director

You will be responsible for the business development of our Clients products with an initial specific emphasis on Local Authorities by building commercial relationships with Rights of Way Departments and Inspectors along their Engineers and Designers.

You will be required to develop a business plan, meet planned goals, and coordinate with their Senior Management team to ensure our Client's products become the 'go to' solution.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate a structured and targeted business plan to develop sales of our Clients products in Scotland.
  • Meeting planned sales targets
  • Develop regular introductory CPD/Workshop type seminars to new and existing customers
  • Attendance to trade shows, lunchtime seminars, displays and meetings as and when required
  • To promote the Company at all times in a professional and positive manner

Profiling customer targets that cover the following types:

  • Local Authorities
  • Consultant Engineers
  • Design Engineers
  • Landscape Community
  • National Trust

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • The ability to create and develop a Sales Plan
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Full and current UK driving license
  • Adaptable and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Salary

Negotiable dependent on experience + Bonus scheme with uncapped OTE in excess of £90k
