Our client, a Fire and Rescue service is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join their Learning and Development Team for a period of 12 months.
This role will be vital in the review, design and implementation of the service's revised development programmes.
The successful post holder will undertake administrative project work and research in support of the service's Development Review Project.
You will also work on influencing results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of your branch strategy.
This role is ideal for refining your management skills by analysing and solving team issues and working with senior managers to drive deal value, market share and attaining your banking goals.
