What You'll Do: Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles. Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking. Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. Advertise and market client vacancies, through relevant job boards and social media platforms. Arranging and managing interviews. Carrying out any necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific on boarding processes. The Ideal Candidate: Sales and Customer service focused. Motivated and enthusiastic. Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis. Resilient attitude with a problem-solving approach. Experience in working to targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
