Your Responsibilities:
- Support the field-based BDM's and Sales Team Leader in processing mortgage applications promptly and accurately
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and transactions
- Proactively engage with external introducers to maximise business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage data extraction and reporting from the CRM system and update information
- Learn the intricacies of mortgage applications from start to finish, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Review mortgage applications and cross-reference data from various sources.
- Participate in comprehensive in-house training sessions across departments and third-party IT platforms.

Full-time, Monday to Friday
