Our client based in Windlesham are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis for 2 - 3 weeks. You will be supporting the HR team with recruitment, employee relations cases and general administration duties. Your duties include, but not limited to: Conduct right to work checks Ensure all employee documents are filed Apply for references for new starters Dealing with employee relations cases Supporting with disciplinaries Assisting with the recruitment process, arranging interviews and sorting through CVs General administration duties as required The successful candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail as you will need to prioritise and manage your workload. You must also be a strong communicator to ensure employee relations cases run smoothly.
