As an experienced candidate within the Events/hospitality sector you will be required to support the Meeting, Events & Reservations Sales Manager to develop and drive the Meetings & Events & Room Reservation revenues, together with maximising guest experiences within the hotel.
Assisting to manage the Meetings & Events Sales team & Reservation Team, promoting a highly motivational, target driven culture within the department.
Working closely with the Director of Sales through driving all Meeting & Event and bedroom opportunity from both existing local clients and new organisations.
Technically clean, clear and process projects from CPQ into ERP systems in readiness for procurement and onward processing by the Operations Team;
The successful EQS Project Clearance Specialist support the delivery of the New Equipment Sales targets and goals by taking responsibility for the technical verification of quotations ensuring that a "Clean Order" can be processed to the ERP system to be procured and delivered by the Operations Team.
