Focus on office-based roles in Admin, Customer Service, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Facilities, Project Management, and more. Engage in pure business development recruitment. Collaborate with the owner to source and place candidates. Work towards high targets and KPIs. Experience Required: Proven experience in securing new clients or selling services to businesses. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build new business from scratch. Sales experience using limited resources (internet, phone, email, and our website). Interest in working within a startup environment. Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs. What We Offer: A basic salary of £35,000 (pro-rata) plus commission. Onboarding Advisor London (Hybrid working) 6 Month Contact £17.65 per hour ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an Onboarding Advisor on a 6 month contract. This role is responsible for the delivery and administration of onboarding processes and transactions within Employee services. Mange the end-to-end onboarding process. Coordinate all pre-employment screening activities. Provide continuous engagement with future employees. Enter all data into all relevant HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. Take ownership and resolve all Employee Services requests. Contribute towards continuous improvements, using process analysis tools. Deliver on agreed metrics for Employee Services. Requirements: Knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding processes. Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes. Strong attention to detail. Experience of monitoring service level agreements.
