Duties: Monitoring the UK and Germany invoice inboxes to ensure that invoices and queries are processed in a timely manner. Recording invoices - including reconciling inventory invoices to goods receipts and purchase orders (three-way match) and tracking deductions. Identifying and resolving issues with supplier invoices, including liaising directly with suppliers and members of the Spreetail team. Tracking inventory delivery to ensure accurate payment term calculations. Reconciling supplier statements for both inventory and non-inventory suppliers to ensure accounts accurately reflect monies owed. Liaising with external accountants to ensure balance sheet and invoice expenses are accurately recorded. Managing the department's post. Ad hoc support during month-end close to ensure timely, and accurate recording of accounts. Additional support as required by the team across various areas of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and general company administration. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills as this role involves liaising with all other departments throughout the company, and at all levels. Be motivated and well organized. Excellent attention to detail, and ability to spot inconsistencies. Flexible approach - willing to roll sleeves up and get involved where necessary as the business moves at a fast pace. Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Previous experience in admin and accounts.
