The role
This role will be responsible for supporting and driving all recruitment strategies to support the business resourcing requirements.
You will focus daily on ensuring all recruitment activity reflects the latest vacancies, professional selection process, positive candidate experience and market lead to provide suitable candidates for assigned positions.
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent.
The successful candidate will possess an understanding of industry dynamics and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies for artificial intelligence roles.
