Recruitment Administrator (Legal) Up to £30,000pa benefits Hybrid split: 3 days in office 2 days from home Location: City of London - Moorgate Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client, an established and nationally renowned law firm based in the City of London. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible! Working as part of a dynamic and successful team, you will report to the Head of Recruitment and have primary responsibility of providing administrative support for the lateral recruitment of staff across the UK office locations. Main duties and responsibilities: General administration Monitoring the recruitment inbox Posting adverts on websites, job boards and social media channels Managing tracking systems and general CRM systems upkeep General invoicing and financial administration tasks Document and process management Vetting and Compliance Candidate management Coordination the interviews, assessments process and on-boarding Conductions in person and virtual meetings Stakeholder management Work with hiring managers to establish recruitment campaign timescales Managing relevant templates and samples of job descriptions/adverts, interview questions/ assessment templates, updating where necessary Other duties Support wider HR projects and initiatives as and when required Attributes/Skills Required: Previous exposure to HR/recruitment administration 6 months experience within a professional environment Flexible approach and proactive manner to all work and tasks In return, you will be offered a place where you can be yourself and where there are no limits on what you can achieve.
