Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to be involved in supporting the internal talent acquisition team.

Ongoing indefinite contract

£15 - £20 Per Hour PAYE

Full Time Hours

Hybrid role - great life work balance

This rewarding role will be hybrid working and will be mainly working from home, however as and when the business requires, the successful Recruitment Administrator will need to attend our client's lovely offices in central London or Finsbury Park. For Surrey based candidates, you could come to Epsom instead.

The day-to-day tasks include:

  • Coordinating: Managing the recruitment process from posting job ads, scheduling interviews to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Supporting: Assisting the recruitment team with candidate management and database updates, raising purchase orders and dealing with compliance.
  • Engaging: Liaising with hiring managers and candidates, providing a seamless and positive experience.

Ideally a Recruitment Administrator will be/have:

  • Experienced: Either agency or in-house recruitment experience
  • Organized: Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
  • Personable: Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
  • Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Networx experience would be a bonus, but training will be provided.
