My client, specialise in providing contact services to supervise the contact between children and parents they don't live with. Benefits: Generous annual leave entitlement Longstanding staff team Internal focus on professional development Free on-site parking Access to sports facilities Fun & Friendly working environment As a Contact Centre Assistant, you will: Record arrival and departure times of each family and be aware of how many adults and children are in the building at any one time Deal with any queries and/or concerns from parents/children during contact sessions Support the Contact Centre Manager in administration duties for the development or day-to-day running of the service Write observation reports on sessions Monitor the contact between parents and children to make sure that the guidelines for parents are followed To be successful as a Contact Centre Assistant, you will: Have an excellent standard of literacy, numeracy and English language skills Be able to work with tact and diplomacy and react sensitively when dealing with complex, sensitive and confidential scenarios Manage your own workload, ensuring deadlines are achieved Maintain good working relationships across a range of staff levels, both internally and externally In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £25,000 pro rata. Please note, this is a part-time, 20 hours a week, permanent position.
