Office Administrator - Maternity Cover

Our fun and friendly client is currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive individual to join them as Office Administrator on a Maternity contract, minimum duration 6 months with potential to be extended up to 9 months.

Based on the outskirts of Gloucester City Centre, their offices are easily accessible by public transport and have an onsite car park.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Directors with all areas of administration
  • Manage overall office administration and team
  • Maintain Clients Account and Credit Control
  • Manage Day to Day running of IT
  • Facilities Management
  • Assist with Human Resources in conjunction with HR Consultant
  • Company Vehicle monitoring

Candidate Attributes:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised
  • Bubbly personality

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £15 per hour
