Our fun and friendly client is currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive individual to join them as Office Administrator on a Maternity contract, minimum duration 6 months with potential to be extended up to 9 months.
Based on the outskirts of Gloucester City Centre, their offices are easily accessible by public transport and have an onsite car park.
Responsibilities:
- Support Directors with all areas of administration
- Manage overall office administration and team
- Maintain Clients Account and Credit Control
- Manage Day to Day running of IT
- Facilities Management
- Assist with Human Resources in conjunction with HR Consultant
- Company Vehicle monitoring
Candidate Attributes:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised
- Bubbly personality
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £15 per hour
