Position: Receptionist Salary:£11.44 per hour Locations: Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard Job Overview: Serve as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, managing enquiries and messages efficiently. Provide essential administrative support to therapists and staff. Work flexibly to ensure adequate coverage as per service demands. Excel in customer service and enjoy engaging with clients. Duties: Greet and assist patients, staff, and visitors professionally, ensuring a smooth handover to relevant personnel. Manage telephone and communication systems, handle incoming enquiries, pass on messages, and take independent action when necessary. Handle customer-facing tasks such as appointment scheduling and payment processing. Operate necessary computer systems, including emails and Nookal. Maintain a secure environment by monitoring all visitors and ensuring proper sign-in procedures. Manage diaries for staff and patient Comply with policies related to Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, and customer service. Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite applications Strong typing skills for data entry tasks Administrative experience in an office setting Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to computerise tasks for efficiency Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Clerical skills for maintaining office documentation Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (13 annually) Mondays: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Dunstable or Leighton Buzzard) Thursdays: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Leighton Buzzard) Fridays: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Leighton Buzzard) Saturdays: Location varies
