Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £13 per hour

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Concierge/Receptionist for one of our esteemed clients in Aston Clinton. The successful candidate will be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Must be available to start immediately
