We are particularly interested in receiving applications from people who possess construction related back office skills.
Working with, and reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow, and supporting the administrative needs of the business / construction team.
Our client with offices in South London is looking for a Part-Time Renewals Coordinator for one of their busy offices.
Our client would also consider someone looking for a full time position.
This role would be best suited to someone who has experience in other parts of estate agency but is looking for a step back from the hustle and bussle.
