Our client with offices in South London is looking for a Part-Time Renewals Coordinator for one of their busy offices.
This role would be best suited to someone who has experience in other parts of estate agency but is looking for a step back from the hustle and bussle.
Our client would also consider someone looking for a full time position.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the tenancy and lettings process
- Maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants and contractors
- Liaise with referencing providers to ensure referencing is complete within a quick turnaround time
- Working with negotiators to ensure tenants requests are met prior to move in
- Dealing with all administrative tasks and coordinating tenancies to ensure a smooth move in
Requirements
Some level of experience is preferred in a similar role however experience in a letting or estate agency setting will also be considered.
The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:
- Being a team player
- Demonstrating self-motivation
- Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- The ability to work towards deadlines
Benefits
Depending on experience salary between £22,000 - £25,000 p.a. (pro rata)
3 days per week (choosing of their own choice) – 8.30am – 6pm
