Purpose of the Role
You will be expected to maintain a presence on various front reception desks offering assistance to all personnel visiting and utilising the building from daily visitors to permanent tenants.
The main purpose of the role is to provide cover for all absences within the Reception Services Department, Including pre booked holiday, emergency sickness and training cover requirements.
Is to provide a professional reception service, greeting and directing visitors, receiving, and redirecting telephone calls and helping to ensure an appropriate level of security for the front of house'.
Assisting the team to effectively administer a full range of hospitality events including both internal and external clients.
