Newstaff Employment are currently recruiting for a full-time front of house receptionist on behalf of our client based in Berkhamsted. The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience gained within a hotel or similar hospitality environment and be driven to provide a personalised experience to every guest, every time. This role will be 5 days out of 7 between Monday to Sunday with some weekends included. Timings can be between 7am - 9.30pm. Essential experience: Must have previous front of house reception experience gained within a hotel or similar setting Strong IT skills to include Opera, Salesforce, and MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive and outgoing personality Passionate about providing an amazing customer service experience Pro-active and adaptable Responsibilities to include: Greeting guests and checking guests in/out Assisting with luggage, keeping entrance area tidy Answering calls and dealing with any queries Accepting deliveries All other ad-hoc tasks as required Salary: £24,000 pa Benefits It is essential that you have experience with the scheduling software Opera to apply for this role.
