Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of customer transactions.
You will coordinate supplies, orders, return parts, part exchange and warranty units, as required for the workshop.
CRP Group is currently working with a next-generation electric vehicle company, currently searching for a Service Centre Parts Advisor based local to Thurrock, operating within the Greater London area.
As Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for effectively and responsively controlling all parts stock holding for the Service Centre site to include any warranty and or campaign parts held at the location.
