Front of House Hotel Receptionist is required to deliver a consistently high level of customer service at the Reception Desk by dealing with all guests and potential clients in a courteous and efficient manner for a well-established hotel chain based in Central London.
Working as the Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will take all reservation enquiries by telephone, fax, email and in person in the absence of a Reservations Agent adhering to Company sales policies.
Manage telephone calls, meeting room bookings, and reception area presentation.
Provide administrative support, including diary coordination, documentation preparation, general data entry, and handling post.
