Eames Consulting are supporting a global insurance broker with the search for a permanent Reconciliation Analyst. As a newly created role within the Finance Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the team around change transformation for future growth. Day to day you will manage the BAU activity while completing a variety of complex reconciliations for the group, as well as continuously improving processes and systems. Duties - Perform front-to-back reconciliations - including general ledger trial balance reconciliations Perform IBA reconciliations Perform analysis of reconciliation differences Prepare a monthly finance reconciliation package Provide support to finance projects Identify opportunities for system or process optimisation Experience - Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Vast experience of reconciliations Insurance industry knowledge and/or experience working at a carrier, insurance broker or MGA A background in change management A strong understanding of accounting and insurance principles Broad experience within a finance function or internal/external audit Strong stakeholder management skills This role presents a great career opportunity for an individual who wants to work for a company that promotes finding the most talented and entrepreneurial people.
