As a Facilities Management Technician, you will be the first point of contact for any facilities management requests that come in from our customer base.
These can range from Password Resets, Mailbox Access Requests, Mailbox Forwarders and creation and removal of User Accounts.
Commercial Team to be responsible in assisting with all Commercial functions within our In-House Maintenance Service (IHMS), helping mitigate commercial risk and controlling expenditure.
You will assist the Commercial Team in all areas of the IHMS and with subcontractor jobs, through from creation to financially completing, raising purchase orders, support the Fleet and materials controller, helping with cost control in the job management systems.
