Our client is a global, market-leading manufacturing technology company currently seeking an HR Manager to join their Newton Aycliffe site, with occasional travel to other locations.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement across multiple sites.
Fulfil relevant appointed roles (eg for guard inspections etc)
Full understanding and implementation of relevant mechanical legal requirements and engineering standards / processes
To plan and deliver the mechanical and civil engineering activities for the Newton Aycliffe Manufacturing Site to ensure that both external legal requirements and internal standards are adhered to and that the current and future targets for SHE, asset integrity and condition, reliability, production and fixed costs are achieved.
This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market.
