In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the quality systems for our client's site. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business in meeting all relevant quality and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading quality investigation reports and deviations, including the CAPA plan Conducting regular reviews of quality critical documents, systems, and procedures Maintaining quality critical documents such as quality manuals, SOPs, and audit reports Drive process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site Acting as an internal audit team leader Supporting production, warehouse, and maintenance processes to maintain quality standards Assisting in high-risk routine validation activities for sterile manufacturing Leading and supporting external audits from customers and regulatory authorities Monitoring temperature on-site and ensuring equipment validation and verification Leading HACCP teams To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of Quality Management experience within a regulated healthcare environment. You must have a solid understanding of regulations supporting healthcare product development, such as GMP, GDP, and ISO standards. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to share your knowledge and experience with others.
