One of the country's leading accountancy firms are looking for an outstanding Proposals Manager to manage the firm's proposals process.
Working closely with the Business Development Director and managing, coaching and mentoring the Proposals team, you will be expected to ensure tender best practice processes are maintained, understood and followed across the firm.
The successful applicant will work across the firm, but will have a particular focus on the audit practice, notably the firm's Financial Services and Business Services divisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the tendering and proposals team.
Collaborate closely with the Finance function to forecast potential revenue generation and required expenditure for each bid.
