Our Client are currently looking for a Front of House Manager to join their team at a luxury residential development based in Reading, assisting the Estate Manager with the on-site team.
Working Monday to Friday with the hours of 9am - 5:30pm.
We are working with an Affordable Housing provider, who have asked us to assist them in their search for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis, to deliver planned maintenance projects and major repair and improvement projects,
Duties will include
Preparing specifications and contract documents for individual projects and programmes.
Ensuring that all statutory requirements are met, including Construction Design & Management regulations, and that Building Control and planning requirements are met when applicable.
