We are seeking a Property Administrator to join a well-established and busy company based in the local Enfield area. You will be providing a full professional service and acting as the first point of contact for all customers. This is a full-time permanent role with core office hours Monday Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch), Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch). Hybrid working is available once probation has been passed. Immediate start for the right applicant Day to Day of the Role: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with tact and diplomacy. Utilise a workflow system to ensure that deadlines and targets are met. Log calls and monitor them from start to completion, adhering to the company's SLA. Correspond to emails and calls, ensuring efficient property operation. Liaise with leaseholders and contractors regarding maintenance issues. Manage inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues effectively. Coordinate the booking of appointments and organisation of maintenance works. Obtain quotes and organise repairs as needed. Assist with the management of the company's growing property portfolio. Handle and assist with insurance claims. Required Skills: Proven experience in the property sector. Knowledge of Qube is desirable but not essential. Good understanding of residential property management and current legislation. Effective multitasking and initiative-taking abilities. Strong literacy and numerical skills. Professional communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Familiarity with Section 20 legislation. A common-sense approach is beneficial.
