Property Administrator. OUR CLIENT are real estate investors who have been operating in the UK markets for a quarter of a century. They are looking to hire a Property Administrator to support their asset and property management teams. THE ROLE'S responsibilities of the Property Administrator include: Assisting with the preparation and distribution of property-related documents, including reports, inspections and correspondence. Reviewing all incoming post and distributing related communications to the relevant teams. Maintaining accurate records of property ?les, correspondence, and documentation Managing the helpdesk queries received from tenants, including logging requests and arranging the relevant call outs with suppliers. Preparing the relevant forms and requests for property transactions. Assisting with the preparation of property reports on a quarterly basis, including taking minutes. Co-ordinating with insurers to ensure timely renewal of policies and process any claims. Collecting and verifying KYC documentation from clients for loan and legal management purposes. Co-ordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the property team including arranging inspections and site visits. Assisting with the preparation of meetings including organising meeting rooms, circulating agendas and co- ordinating diaries. Maintaining a secure log of key transactions. THE PERSON'S skills and requirements for the Property Administrator are: At least 2 years of experience of working as a Property Administrator / Secretary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Ideally experience of a property management system such as TRAMPS, MRI, YARDI or similar.
