The search is on for an Assistant Branch Sales Manager with an emphasis on new business generation, valuations and listings so someone who is not one dimensional, but an all-rounder who can sell, value and list with the further emphasis on quality listings and not on low fees and even in the current climate they are still maintaining good fees.
They will also consider a Senior Negotiator / Lister with solid listing experience.

The on target earnings are anything between £40,000 and £60,000 and existing staff are currently earning this.
The search is now on for an experienced Lister who is very commission focused since we have what can only be described as an outstanding commission structure which is extremely rare in the Estate Agency industry!
The commission starts at 10% and based on realistic banked sales targets being hit gives the option to go up to 20% commission.
Assist with the set up and maintain a suitable base room area that is inviting for the children whilst ensuring it is kept tidy and all equipment is packed away
