Property Manager/Administrator - £27,000-£29,000 DOE - Bristol Our client is seeking a Property Manager/Administrator to join their friendly team in Bristol. Job Role: Property Management: Property Inspections Maintenance reporting Dealing with contractors Arranging works etc Health and safety compliance Meetings: Landlord and leaseholder meetings online and sometimes face to face Dealing with solicitors regarding flat sales Finance: Simple book keeping, Preparation of budgets Service charge reconciliation Credit control Administration: monitoring incoming emails phone calls and email correspondence with leaseholders.
