We are seeking a property manager with a proven track record of achievement and growth in their career to date, demonstrating excellent organisational and project management skills, ideally with some property experience. Property Manager Requirements:
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- A love of organisation
- Attention to detail
- Genuine interest in the property sector
- Must have full driving licence and your own transport
- Some property experience and knowledge of lettings legislation is highly desirable
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of 170 properties
- Conducting check ins/outs
- Out of office inventories
- Out of office inspections
- Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance works
- Liaising with contractors and instructing repairs
- Creating virtual tours with our 3D camera
- Advertising & copy writing
- Liaising with the sales team
Benefits & Working Hours
- £25,000 to £28,000+ - depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm - No Weekend Work
