Velocity UK Ltd. a road repair company are looking to recruit a CSCS Labourer from the Borough Of Brent to start on 12th August in the Brent area, the role is to work alongside the Velocity Operator, when the pot hole has been filled the Labourer then uses a wacker plate to level off the repair and to sweep up any excess.
All applicants must hold a valid CSCS card renewed within the last 5 years.
The postholder needs to be experienced in mechanical and electrical works, delivering both service schedules and reactive works across a broad spectrum to include lifts, door entry systems, alarm call systems, fire safety equipment, water testing, gas energy systems and appliances, communal heating & hot water systems and alternative green renewable energy solutions such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar panels.
The role will primarily be responsible for the proper and efficient maintenance of the installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock.
This is a key role in terms of delivering services in compliance with health and safety requirements and is wide ranging and complex-covering planned maintenance, inspection and installation of equipment and services.
