To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department.

We have an exciting new role that will support the Programme Director in the technical, functional and administrative aspects of project delivery and oversight as the charity develops and implements a transformational organisation redesign.

Temporary cover is required for approximately 2-3 months.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Friday on a rota basis covering early (8AM - 4PM) and late (2PM - 10PM) shifts.
In this position, you will be required to
- Hold a caseload of approximately 8-12 key clients and conduct regular key working sessions resulting in support plans that are person-centred, trauma informed and enable progression.
1.1 To support the coordination, planning, control and delivery of projects and programmes by collecting and maintaining programme data in a consistent form
1.2 To provide a range of support to the Transformation and Improvement team by developing and maintaining processes and systems to successfully drive the projects and programmes forward, using effective monitoring methodologies to achieve successful outcomes on time and within budget
1.3 To improve the planning and delivery process of a range of other major programmes within Children's Services as allocated by the Programme Manager
