Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don't miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Project Assistant to join our team in Clarion Futures.

This is a busy and varied role, where you will provide administrative support to the Project & Technical Coordinator and the Strategic Partnerships & Projects Manager, part of Clarion Futures. This will include keeping Clarion Futures colleagues updated about the progress of key projects and assisting with the development of departmental project and collaboration solutions.

You'll help keep the Clarion Futures SharePoint site updated with information about key projects and create and share project document templates to drive successful ways of working. You'll also develop an understanding and confidence using key reporting tools.

To be successful, you'll come to us with good written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. You'll show a passion for Customer Service and possess excellent IT, organisational and planning skills.

As part of the role, you'll have the opportunity to study for a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship and study for your NVQ qualification. You'll develop new skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must complete these before taking your final assessment.
